    My RageHook is not working, I have fresh installed GTA V three times and installed RageHook. I installed LSPDFR and then updated RageHook to the newest version, but every time I try to load up GTA it says "GTA 5 launcher exe. has suddenly quit" and then it loads into GTA regularly from steam and goes through the vanilla game and starts GTA normally. I have no idea what the problem is and hope to be able to find some incite here.

    The lightbar has no Bloom to it, it just looks dull. I might have something wrong with my lights personally, is there any way to fix the lights if they do not have a red and blue bloom around the lights?

    I can't get the cars to stop flipping, I need an edited vehicle meta. I would edit my own, but It won't save my changes for some reason. I hope the next update to this file has an edited Vmeta in the folder.
