I have made a realistic, good quality CHP siren! (at least I hope so). 
I was in desperate need for a decent one of these so I took matters into my own hands. 
It was not easy finding the most perfect, highest quality tones, but I got there in the end.
Although Polecat's siren is good, once you become a hardcore CHP fan, you'll get irritated by it as it doesn't sound a lot like the real thing
 
DISCLAIMERS:
-These siren files are mine!!! I recorded them myself!!! I did not steal them from any existing CHP siren packs!!! (I have proof)
-This means that please, do NOT upload these files as your own!!!
-Siren tones in the demo videos have been adjusted to fit my game. The volume levels are correctly set for each file in regards to the slot they have been designated, but feel free to change the slot and volumes of the tones yourself to fit your needs
-Any errors or requests, please comment them down below.

I have made SAHP skins for all of @Sentinel55's CHP vehicles. Massive credit to them for creating such beautiful models!!!
 
1. Download the vehicles:

2. Download this file and place each .ytd with its corresponding vehicle
 
I hope I helped some people in completing their lore-friendly GTA V. If there are any errors or requests, just leave a comment and I'll get on it asap.
 
Please do NOT upload the .ytds as your own!
