1. Make sure you don't have mods like GTAComesAlive. 
 
2. If not, you need to add specific lines to your LSPDFR.ini; located in GTAV/LSPDFR.
 
WorldEvents.MaxNumberOfEvents = 0
WorldEvents.IntervalMultiplier = 0
AmbientSpawn.SpawnFrequency = 0

I don't see nothing wrong with this. Computer+ is actually outdated and even causes crashes for me. Its a very good unique plugin of its own kind.
It depends on the scenario on how you use it and may or may not crash for you. Theres always a scenario caused for crashing randomly its in the logs.
Also the log you posted, the crash was caused my computer+ if you didn't know. Somewhere around this scenario

Go to GTA V  > Plugins > lspdfr > and open computerplus.ini
 
change DisplayPedImage and DisplayVehicleImage to false and the game stop crashes, this solves for me.

I've already done that sir, thanks for the advise.
