Versuche die Updateeinstellungen in Steam anders einzustellen, damit er nicht mehr automatisch update's macht.

Ich wusste nichtmal, das es Skin-Mods für Niko gibt 😄 Das halbe Modell, kommt zwar über den Trainer, aber somit, muss es auch in den Spielverzeichnis hinterlegt sein.
