yes you use Open IV now if you add a graphics overhaul after installing this file you will need to readd the file again afterwards -
your files are broken -
you need to install these to fix the bus taxi and train lights

place Post FX & Shader to Very High or Ultra if you use a graphics mod use the file you currently have if you don't use one redownload and select the bottom option as it has a non graphics mod version

i suggest you use it with Increased Environmental Lighting and put Post FX & shader to Very High Or Ultra

do you have the VCF files installed in the els pack default folder?

try looking in each folder they are the top option the top of each car folder is the ELS files lol in each car folder the ELS is the top file- 208 comments
