Can you send an image of your plugins folder over?

I'm a little bit confused, so just to clarify you remove ScriptHookV and it works, but when you remove ScriptHookVDotNet and re-add ScriptHookV it doesn't? It sounds like one of your LSPDFR plugins relies on ScriptHookVDotNet which is why its crashing once you remove it. Why are you trying to remove it in the first place?

Did you happen to make sure you are running on DX11? From the pack page: "Having texture problems? Check your graphics setting and make sure your Direct X version is on DX11. Anything lower and it will bug textures." You can also try installing these if you haven't already: fwBoxStreamerVariable and decals limit patch - GTA5-Mods.com

Need additional information, what vehicle pack did you install? Did you also install the following after installing LSPDFR? : HeapAdjuster - GTA5-Mods.com Packfile Limit Adjuster - GTA5-Mods.com

Did you install all the requirements? Requirements from STP readme: 3. Rage Native UI 4. Ultimate Backup latest version by BejoIjo 5. CompuLite latest version by BejoIjo

Did you add the GTA V folder to the exclusions list in your antivirus? I had this issue and once I added the folder to the Window's Defender exclusion list it worked. However just to confirm do you also have the following installed: HeapAdjuster - GTA5-Mods.com Packfile Limit Adjuster - GTA5-Mods.com

Can you share your RagePluginHook logs? Just from the get-go it sounds like your LSPDFR installation didn't install properly or was corrupted, did you add the GTA V folder to the exclusion list in your antivirus?
