    Amazing vehicles. I just have a couple of issues. First, when I go to light stage three on any of the six cars, it goes into blackout mode - no headlights, no taillights. Second, when other police cars spawn, like the one Tahoe in the picture, they will either have all the lights on constantly (not flashing), or all are off, or some are on. I don't know how to fix it if I can. It's like ELS isn't recognizing it as an els vehicle or something.

    I'm just trying to figure out why I load in with all of the right guns, but don't have flashlight attachments on any of them
