    Hello, I have been having an issue with RPH not opening. I have made sure that the virus protection is turned off for GTA related items and everything was up to date. I also tried running it as administrator with no success. I also have validated game files with steam multiple times. I was also having an issue with GTA not starting up at all but once I removed the mods folder from the main directory everything started working properly. Looking to see if anybody has any suggestions.

    No thats the frustrating part about it, Ill be in the rage loading screen and then everything just closes down without an error message.

    I updated my game version recently and everything broke. At first the game would load and crash when I went on duty but now the game crashes before I even load in. Sometimes I get an error message that GTA has crashed and the other times the game just closes out. I have tried methods that I have used in the past but nothing I have done has worked. If anyone has the time to look over my Rage log that I attached I would greatly appreciate it. If the file I attached doesn't help I can upload the proper material. RagePluginHook.log

    I’m pretty sure it’s conpletely updated. I have up to patch day 20 in open IV

    My game runs perfectly fine without ELS but when I put the XML files inside the folder, my game crashes on startup. Does anyone know why this is happening?
