  1. RPH will not open.

    Hello, so i was having issues with the new casino update so I decided to uninstall gta5 and completely start over, but now I cannot get the RPH to load now. I have tried everything from the manual install to doing it myself. I will double click it and it will bring up the blue circle by my mouse like its loading but then it just stops. It does the same thing when I run as admin or holding shift and opening it. Please help....
