If you meant me when you said hey TS! The shots are all of Queensland Police vehicles as that is where I am from. Apart from a few details, the designs are pretty much statewide. From what I've seen at least. Regards.

I personally have downgraded as it seems that v5 is more stable alongside .91 and .95 of LCPDFR. Also from the look of the videos from unr3al he is also using v5 (judging from the ELS panel missing options that are in v6). Try an earlier version of ELS. One may be more stable. Also what vehicle mods are you using? It may be a joint issue with ELS, custom mods and LCPDFR trying to spawn in too many modified vehicles resulting in CTD. Regards and good luck.

My Specs: Windows 7 Ultimate x64 ASROCK 890GX Extreme4 AMD Phenom II X4 955 BE 8GB DDR3 1600 Corsair Vengeance (Hoping to replace these soon, nothing but problems with them) Sapphire AMD Radeon HD 5850 1 GB (Upgrading when I can to a 6970 or 580) 600W Thermaltake Toughpower (Found out recently from testing that it's max loading isn't enough for my components so upgrading to the Antec HCP-900 in a week or so) 1 TB Western Digital SATA 300 GB Samsung SATA Logitech G15 Keyboard Razer Diamondback 3G Generic Headset for late night gaming Logitech x540 5.1 speakers for day gaming and music. ASUS VH242H 24" LCD with ASUS VH192 19" as backup or for second screen for editing/encoding Thermaltake Soprano (Old and second hand, but it works for now, upgrading it ASAP to get something with better airflow for gaming.) It's not performing how it should be, hoping that is due to the sub-requirement PSU. Hopefully remedied in the coming weeks when the Antec arrives. Regards.

A high speed pursuit today ended violently today after police managed to force the vehicle off the road. With their vehicle disabled, the suspects tried to take off, one was apprehended. The second suspect proceeded to pull a pistol on the officer on the scene and had to be put down hard. -

Call came in on the radio about shots fired, got there too late to save these two fine officers. They arrived on scene first and were met with automatic weapons. SWAT was called in to contain the suspects ending a bloody and gruesome stand-off between police and four heavily armed gunmen. All four suspects were neutralised quickly and efficiently, the two first responding officers died at the scene from heavy blood loss, paramedics were unable to revive them. -

Yeah I only put on the helmet to see how it looked. I generally don't wear it. As for the car numbering, I will have to work more on that. I don't know much about the numbering on the vehicles. I will change that around. Going to look around for better fonts as well, using the basic ones that come with Windows so will get on dafont.com and find some better ones. I noticed that the skin for LAPD has been done plenty but it's one of the easiest to find plenty of reference images and is one of the only departments I hear about over here without needing to look around websites. If you have any suggestions for things that haven't been made in GTAIV yet that would fit with the existing models I am all ears. Tips on the numbering system would be appreciated too :) Regards. EDIT: This is the source image for the slick-top. Dare say it's been done before but yeah, high resolution source images are good to work from.

Hi guys, well, after seeing some of your work here (skins etc) I decided to start doing my own for this game, I've made skins for games such as Emergency 4, ArmA and ArmA 2 OA among others and thought what the hell, may as well give it a shot. In advance however I am an Australian and my only access to police forces within the USA is google images and other forums. Thus far I've only made a LAPD SWAT skin (replaces the default NOOSE team) and an LAPD Slick-top (based on the FCVP-Unmarked from gtapolicemods.com) Please if you have any suggestions or source images or hell even requests, feel free to post them up. Did you edit the config for the trainer and disable the keybindings? I had to do that to get ELS working alongside SNT. Good luck. Regards.

I've had this problem, however it seems to be random for me. Like for instance I've been playing for 3 and a half hours straight, other times, it will crash on starting the game, or shortly after. I've worked out that if I only use LCPDFR it works for a lot longer usually, however ELS is a must for me so I put up with the crashing and load straight back in. It can also crash more if you are using custom car models (for whatever reason GTAIV doesn't like spawning them often). I hope this helps you narrow down your crashing. Enjoy the mod, I know I do. A sad ending to a high speed pursuit through the Middle Park area of LC. An unknown woman was killed when the driver of a high powered sports car lost control and slammed into a woman using a public phone booth. The officer involved in the pursuit attempted to revive the woman however was unsuccessful, the woman was announced dead by paramedics that arrived soon after. The driver of the vehicle faced court and was convicted of multiple felonies. -

This is using a custom skin on the unmarked CVPI from GTApolicemods.com The skin is not available for download, it is based off of an LAPD cruiser image I found in google. It is using a skin I created myself, with the licence plate from a skin that was in the original model download file. Was my first skin and I am pretty proud of it, I am not sure about the system that the US uses for car numbers etc. Regards. -

With your IcEnhancer did you put the file across that it says to do in the readme? Other than that, I can't suggest any that make the game look good + perform well. Good luck and regards.

He didn't need to reply to you at all when the same question was already asked many times. 1) You do realise there was already the same question asked within the thread for the video? You didn't need to create a completely new thread for it. 2) If the person who made the skin is unable to help you, what makes you think that people (who haven't got the skin that he made) can help you? 3) He's not acting like an a** about anything, I dare say his response was to everyone who has asked him about it. There are many on the forums and youtube asking him about the sheriff armour and the texture for the crown vic. Regards.

Break has posted the options for you, but for future reference for you, this is the steps to importing .png files into their correct locations. Sometimes you have to do a little hunting to find the corresponding file. Image heavy, apologies. Step 1. Step 2. Step 3. Step 4. Step 5. Step 6. Step 7. Do the same for the laptop. As for the lights themselves, that may be a config thing or a texture that needs to be dulled down. Comes down to trial and error. Regards.
