    so i have spark and can add cars and all that but when i turn on the siren for my dodge charger LAPD car the lights dont flash, can i make em flash?

    allright guys ive got it working, opened it in winrar and it installed in no time :D

    When i try to run the installer it says its not compatible with my version of windows (windows 7 64-bit). i've tried changing the compatibility to everything, i've tried running as an admin nothing will work i have C++ and .NET installed too :(
