hey, I am making 2016 dodge charger police cars with els. i have 2 problems. 1 problem: when my car is clean, my lightbar lens are broken. when the car is dirty then it's good. I don't understand why. 2nd problem is 3 lights are always on. i can't turn them off for some reason.
