The exception code listed in your log is that of an access violation. What this usually denotes is that there is an issue with Windows User Account Control (UAC).
Have you tried running RagePlugnHook (RPH) as an Administrator? Does anything differ when you run as Administrator compared to when you don't? Are all the modified files (i.e. RPH's files) marked as unblocked? What anti-virus software are you using? What directory is your Grand Theft Auto V installed under? -

Well, Will. I can load in the game It's at Rage Plugin Hook and then it's got a big long list. I think it's working I didn't even do anything. LOL. 1 Sec.
Well it's loading, but it's just stuck in the loading screen... Let me watch and see what it does.
