    I've played GTA V offline and online many times. I stopped playing for a long time because PC problems and now I have everything back up and running. Now GTA V will not let play online or offline. I have a fresh install of windows and steam all my games. No mods installed or anything. I checked off everything in my firewall and I still can't play this game. Is there a fix or is this something that's been going on for a while?
