But the reason I play the game is for Els and the car mods...

I have been playing GTA IV on pretty much all the lowest settings in game, even though I have a good graphics card. (Geforce gtx 570) I also own a $900 HP Pavillion, and if you have a high end computer or good knowledge on how to run GTA IV well, please help! I have been experiencing unloaded, really smooth looking textures, and some buildings and roads tend to disappear and don't load unless I sit there not moving for like 30 seconds. I have tried using commandline with all appropriate settings, contig.exe file, and gamebooster but none seem to help...? can someone please help me on how to fix textures disappearing and not loading? I want to know the cheapest way to fix this and I would love if there is a way to fix it and make it play perfectly on my PC right now. Lag is also a problem and my game tends to crash within 15 minutes and I am unable to use any enbs! I only have LCPDFR and vdH PoliceHelper installed along with 4 medium-poly police cars. It is no the cars that affect my problem.

Can someone please help me find a way to play LCPDFR online with my friends without experiencing disappearing textures/lag spikes after about 5-10 minutes in game. We currently have only about 5 modded cars in-game, 5 scripts, we upgraded to ELS v7, and deleted all traffic mod scripts. We have tried reinstalling new cars in place of ones we thought were causing the problem, but weren't. We have installed modded cars one by one and are still both having textures disappear. Someone please help and/or give suggestions! Thanks! Also we both have good specs and I don't believe that is the problem, because both of our games run fine when we play a singleplayer match. Also we have a new uniform installed over m_y_strooper and we also have one modded pistol in-game? Could those be a problem? Please help!!!

Does anybody know any really good looking vanilla police cars with ELS? I need lower poly cars because my friend and I get texture problems on Multiplayer with the cars we have. Please help!

Sadly it is neither of those. If you look closely at the video he has two lights in the back window that flash red and white!

That does not work. That only simply turns off the ticking noise the lights make when they are flashing. I need to disable the noise that happens when you open the info panel, switch through lighting patterns, turn on lights, etc...
