So my police car model in Spark or OpenIv shows that in its files it only has one mapped skin (police_sign_1), so i imported another skin that fits it and called it police_sign_2. In vehicles.ide i made sure the vehicle had +textures after it but i cant use the new imported skins unless the car defaultly has 4 open slots. how can i import my own slots and make it word. As an addition, in OpenIV, the program i use, I made sure the texture formats and all were the same as the 1 that was there by default. Please Help!

Could someone please make these police skins for me... The Wexford County, manistee county, and Cadillac Police. They shouldnt be too hard and i am a huge fan of my hometown police cars, and I love Nutt's Michigan texture packs! (Nutt please see this request lmao(; ) Anyways, i would like the models for a impala and for the DSF cvpi models. Templates will be provided. If you are willing to make these or at least one of them, or if you know someone who could please reply! Thanks again, I will attach pictures. I have been playing GTA IV on pretty much all the lowest settings in game, even though I have a good graphics card. (Geforce gtx 570) I also own a $900 HP Pavillion, and if you have a high end computer or good knowledge on how to run GTA IV well, please help! I have been experiencing unloaded, really smooth looking textures, and some buildings and roads tend to disappear and don't load unless I sit there not moving for like 30 seconds. I have tried using commandline with all appropriate settings, contig.exe file, and gamebooster but none seem to help...? can someone please help me on how to fix textures disappearing and not loading? I want to know the cheapest way to fix this and I would love if there is a way to fix it and make it play perfectly on my PC right now. Lag is also a problem and my game tends to crash within 15 minutes and I am unable to use any enbs! I only have LCPDFR and vdH PoliceHelper installed along with 4 medium-poly police cars. It is no the cars that affect my problem.

Can someone please help me find a way to play LCPDFR online with my friends without experiencing disappearing textures/lag spikes after about 5-10 minutes in game. We currently have only about 5 modded cars in-game, 5 scripts, we upgraded to ELS v7, and deleted all traffic mod scripts. We have tried reinstalling new cars in place of ones we thought were causing the problem, but weren't. We have installed modded cars one by one and are still both having textures disappear. Someone please help and/or give suggestions! Thanks! Also we both have good specs and I don't believe that is the problem, because both of our games run fine when we play a singleplayer match. Also we have a new uniform installed over m_y_strooper and we also have one modded pistol in-game? Could those be a problem? Please help!!!

Does anybody know any really good looking vanilla police cars with ELS? I need lower poly cars because my friend and I get texture problems on Multiplayer with the cars we have. Please help!

That does not work. That only simply turns off the ticking noise the lights make when they are flashing. I need to disable the noise that happens when you open the info panel, switch through lighting patterns, turn on lights, etc...
