    Go to GTA V > mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks. In the dlcpacks you wil see patchday1,2,3,4,5,6... Under the patchday18ng you wil see folders some aren`t by default. I installed a sheriff pack OIV, then the file name in DLCPACKS is named sheriffpack. If you downloaded a LSPD car pack it wil be called lspdpack. osv. Delete that folder then your ready to go.
