    So I have came across this problem and it’s really bugging me. I have installed and updated everything in my files, I get the game loaded and LSPDFR loaded as well the I go to get in a Vehicle and test my lights before I take a call, and it’s just acts like I didn’t install ELS or the VCFs. I have other cars in game and tested like 1 or 2 more and nothing. I need some help.
