Step 1: Download the file and move it onto your desktop Step 2: Extract the zipped file Step 3: Open OpenIV (You MUST have) Here's the download link if you haven't yet installed it: https://openiv.com/ Step 4: Go into Edit Mode Step 5: Go to path: mods/x64/audio/sfx/resident.rpf Step 6: Click new on the top. Step 7: Click Import Open Formats Step 8: Import the downloaded vehicles.oac There is a readme in the file as well for assistance
