    I found out that McAfee was the cause as it was blocking me from opening rage for some odd reason, i do not recommend using McAfee.

    I was re-downloading GTAV to play lspdfr (i had deleted gta V completely to free space) and after re-downloading rage and lspdfr (latest ones) i try to open rage and this message appeared.
