When I launch LSPDFR through rage plugin without any add-ons being loaded it crashes almost immediately. Any ideas? crashreport.txt

Game always crashes during initial loading, I do not have any addons initiated. Simply trying to launch through RPH with nothing added crashreport.txt

I get past the rage plugin hook screen where the plugins are all loaded, but then LSPDFR and my game crash when im getting ready to control my character, any ideas why? RagePluginHook.log

When I go to go on duty everything goes great until I go to select my agency and uniform. Everything is weird or not how it should be. Even the roaming police officers in game that I see are wearing incorrect clothing. Any ideas what this could be caused by?

What do you mean by change how I load in?

I am attempting to run, along with LSPDFR, ComputerPlus, LSPDFR+, PeterUCallouts, PoliceSmartRadio, VocalDispatch, PoliceSmartRadio, Traffic Policer, and United callouts.
