  1. I installed EUP Menu and Law & Order and nothing is working. I did the automatic install for Law & Order. Also how do I get rid of the FPS counter along with the other stuff. I did not manually turn this on, I started my game up this morning and it was there.
  2. OMG I FREAKING HATE MYSELF, JUST SPENT THE PAST 2 HOURS TRYING TO FIX THIS AND MY VCF FILES WEREN'T IN PACK_DEFAULT. FFSSSSSSSSSSSSS. Thanks for Helping Though 😄
  3. Yes, also when I press scrl lk I can hear the ELS beep each time I press it but when I hit Ctrl + P, it doesn't bring up the HUD in the bottom right.
  4. I have installed ELS the way it's suppose to be, I watched 2 youtube videos from reliable youtubers and did exactly what they did and it doesn't work. It's like not even loading, when I get in my ELS Suburban and Press J, nothing happens, no HUD in the bottom right at all.
  5. I dont believe so but there is a plugin called Traffic Control and it allows you to close the road, limit the speed, place barriers, and more.
  6. Usually when I get this MSG I restart my computer and it works fine.
  7. When its daytime the ELS lighting is suppose to be less bright in color... Because It's daytime. If you want color / Brightness, Change the time to Night.
