    I actually have a setup that is basically the same, the only difference is that I have 16 gigs of corsair ram, the Asus Z87a motherboard, and a AMD hd 7850. I would Highly recommend your setup. The cooler is awesome (my PC has never gone above 42 degrees Celsius), and the motherboard allows for very easy overclocking. I have no regrets going with the 4770K.
