    If you were still interested in 2022 lol. You can still use it offline. Just go into settings and disable the online setting. I think its the middle option. Then you can just fill in all of your desired information. I tend to use it with LSPDFR and FivePD. It adds another highly sought after layer for me and I really enjoy it.
