    When I try to launch open a vehicle to see the model in it or edit a text file it goes to not responding. After 1-3 minutes it loads. Is their a way to make it not go to not responding. I recently built a pc and I don't know if I need to install something to fix the issue like Directx for example.

    No it will not launch and now it launch the 2nd time so it works sometimes. When I turn off the DirectX Hook make game starts working.
