  1. Hey guys, I currently live in Rhode Island and have been looking around for a RISP skin but haven't been able to find one. If someone could throw one togehter for me that would be awesome! I'll add a few links of the CVPI below. I'm hoping to get a CVPI and an F-150 or a Tahoe. Thanks again. http://www.google.com/imgres?q=rhode+island+state+police&num=10&hl=en&tbm=isch&tbnid=8SV0zMW6mPbZpM:&imgrefurl=http://article.wn.com/view/2012/05/26/Fugitive_posing_as_a_Rhode_Island_handyman_is_caught_by_poli/&docid=GXLI0eAh5-DXYM&imgurl=http://i.ytimg.com/vi/IEmwn4upk8U/0.jpg&w=480&h=360&ei=WwEnUJOyAur46wH9noGoBg&zoom=1&biw=1280&bih=823 http://www.flickr.com/photos/rivarix/7268687942/
  2. The CVPI is already installed to the game, and I've been using Spark IV if that helps.
  3. I downloaded an LCPD texture for a CVPI and as I'm sure most of you know, it comes as a template. This wouldn't be a problem if I had any idea how to apply it to the car. I've read through the texturing tips and tricks thread and I didn't come across anything that really helped, with the exception of the different file types. I have "GIMP 2" on my computer but I just need an easy to follow guide. If this is a repost of this subject I apologize, I did a search for something similar but I couldn't find anything. Thanks.
