I have gone into the .ini file and disabled the headlight off/unworthy road vehicle/no taillight ambient events but I still get them. I was wondering if there is anything I can do to get rid of it or at least lower the frequency of it spawning. Any number I put in the .ini doesn't seem to make a difference whether it be high or at 0.

Are you ever going to add a No registration and No insurance. I pull people over and its listed as no insurance and no registration but the closest thing is expired on the computer? Also are you going to add no head lights or broken headlights or does that fall under the unworthy road vehicle category.
