Does anyone know where i can find the original "police.wtf", "police.wtd", "police2.wtf", and "police2.wtd"?

I already explained, i followed that video word for word...

It installed properly without the taser, but how would i make it so i can get the taser?

Hello, i understand there is a sticky describing how to fix this issue. The problem is, i can't get the 'Read-only' box to stay unchecked. It'll look like it worked, no error messages will pop up, but then when i press 'OK' and close the properties, it resets and says it is still checked. -I followed the video perfectly -I have all nesicarry permissions -I have reinstalled GTA outside of the Programs folder -I installed 'Take Ownership' -I disabled UAC -I enabled the hidden Administrator account -I ran AVG, and I am clean of any viruses Any ideas?
