I'm having the same issue... checked steam for an update, seems the game is up to date.

Using LSPDFR+, when initiating a traffic stop, subject stops in the middle of the road, I sound my horn (as prompted) to make them move and the subject just goes full throttle straight, it happens every time I try and move the traffic stop. Any suggestions?

Good Morning Everyone, I've been fighting this for a few days now, with the same results... My LED lights on all my ELS Units are very dim, i can barely see them during daylight... I've turned PostFX all the way up, along with the particles and shaders all the way up. added LED fixes and nothing seems to be helping. is there a way to edit a file where i can brighten these up?
