I have this problem where when i open the police smart radio in the way i have it setup it will switch on the takedown lights on my vehicle. This is a problem as if i want to do a patrol in the night its like im blinding everyone else on the street and i have to do a random plate check to turn it off. I looked in the ELS.ini file and noticed the controls corresponded with numbers i have tried to change it myself and ive looked all over google but have found nothing. If anyone could please help me i would be very grateful

In order to stop vehicles flying off straight when you change siren using ELS you go into ELS.ini and change ElsTrafCtrlOn to false. Now ive done this before and its worked fine but when i change it on this install it crashes my game?
