Copy the lines from the vehicle.meta in my files to the one in your mods file 5. Navigate to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpvalentines2\dlc.rpf\common\data 5. This file replaces the FIB tactical vest and also comes with a EUP Wardrobe config to allow you easy access to the outfit that Danny wears! Installation: 1. Open OpenIV 2. Navigate to your eup_componentpeds.rpf folder mods - update - x64 - dlcpacks - eup - dlc.rpf - x64 - eup_componentpeds.rpf 3. Click on the mp_m_freemode_01_mp_m_january2016 folder at the bottom of the page 4. Drag and drop the YTD file in the installation folder inside 5. Return back to the main directory and click on your plugins folder 6. Click on EUP and copy and paste the contents of EUP Wardrobe into your wardrobe INI folder 7. Open OpenIV 2. Click on tools in the tool bar and select package installer 3. Find my OIV file and select it 4. Click on install in mods folder 5. Once it says install is successful, open up your GTA5 main directory and click on the plugins folder 6. Click on EUP and drag the wardrobe.ini file into the folder and click replace 7. Go back to the GTA5 main directory and navigate to the LSPDFR folder 8. Click on data then custom and drag the outfits_lspd XML file into the custom folder 9.
