Both actually. More interested in the adding cars but would like to have knowledge of both. I don't know how to insert any. I have the LCDPFR installed, I have OpenIV but still unsure. I haven't found a video that quite explained how to :/ EDIT: I have successfully learned to add vehicles. Still unsure on callouts. Want to be able to use radar etc.

Thx. This shows how to replace only the standard cop vehicles file with another file. I'm looking to add files. For example one of the vehicles is an .xml file. Sorry if I don't make much sense. I just want to be able to drive example, Ford f150 etc..

Downloaded a file but didnt know what to do with it. No directions in "Read Me". I am new. Plz help.
