Im glad to present you my first public non-els lore friendly vehicle. Its been a headache but i think it turned out pretty well. The light pattern is not the best, but for now it gets the job done. Massive thanks also to Nachtfliege for that base model and 11john for some assets.Please report bugs to me, so i can fix them quickly.

Q: What is a Task Force\Light Force
A:  The Task Force concept was developed during the Watts Riots in 1965. Essentially, a group of fire apparatus run together to incidents, thereby allowing the firefighters to be flexible relative to addressing the emergency they've been called to. When a Truck runs with one engine, it is referred to as a Light Force. A Light Force is used for a wide array of emergencies, ranging from structure fires to traffic accidents, to cardiac arrest (manpower is very important for heart-related emergencies). Firefighters rotate from position to position, so they are familiar with every "spot" on every rig and the related job descriptions and requirements. The role of the task force may evolve further, as the LAFD seeks to improve its ability to respond effectively to any type of incident.

This pack is the culmination of around 6 months of work and has undergone numerous overhauls in that time period.
 
Johnson County, North Zone is a collection of 20 vehicles representing 5 agencies in the NE area of Johnson County. These are small agencies, ranging in number of officers from 8 to just under 40. As such, they often back each other up on calls and share the same dispatch channel, managed by the Johnson County Sheriff's Office.
 
Fairway is a small suburb just over 1 sq mile in size, with approximately 4,000 residents. It has under 10 officers, and recently suffered a line of duty death while assisting an outside agency. It's bordered to the west by Mission, to the south and east by Mission Hills, and to the north by Westwood. Notable locations include part of the University of Kansas Medical System and the headquarters for KCTV5.
 
Merriam is the largest and busiest of these agencies, with just under 40 officers. At nearly 4.5 sq miles and 11,000 residents, it has several miles of I-35 running through its limits, as well as a couple of major shopping centers and an Ikea that draw an increased amount of crime.
 
Mission has just under 30 officers serving 10,000 people in a 2.68 sq mile area, with a section of I-35 running through it. It is bordered to the West by Merriam, south by Overland Park and Prairie Village, east by Fairway and Roeland Park and to the north by Kansas City Kansas. Mission also has several shopping districts within its limits.
 
Roeland Park has around 20 officers and is on the northern edge of the county, covering 1.6 square miles and serving 7,000 people. Its bordered to the west by Mission, south by Fairway, east by Westwood and north by Kansas City Kansas. It also has several shopping centers frequented by people on both sides of the county line. They also have the only K9 unit out of these 5 cities.
 
Westwood is under 1/2 a mile in size and has about 8 officers, serving 1700 people. It is at the NE corner of the county, bordered by Fairway to the south, KCK to the North, KCMO to the east, and Roeland Park to the west.

       v1.0 featuring a semi-realistic interior equipment. This means that some parts of the equipment are recreated from real life and some are not.

Installation:

       2. Open your OpenIV, turn on ‘Edit mode’ and go to GTAV/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/. Drag and drop folder ‘dmoppcvpis’.
       3. Export a file called ‘dlclist.xml’ which located in GTAV/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/. Copy this file to your desktop and open it with any editor you like. After, scroll to the bottom and locate the last line that starts with ‘<Item>dlcpacks:/….’. Add a new line, then copy and paste this line:

       4. Replace old file with the new one.

Leawood, Kansas is a suburb on the eastern edge of Johnson County, and employs approximately 50 officers. It is bordered by Prairie Village to the north, Kansas City Missouri and Martin City, Missouri to the east, and Overland Park to the west and South. Notable areas in their city include the Town Center shopping district, Mission Farms and a few miles of I-435 East.

Prairie Village, Kansas, is a small suburb that covers just over 6 sq miles in the NE corner of Johnson County, and it is fairly isolated as there are no highways that run through it. In addition, they also are contracted to provide policing services to the town of Mission Hills, another affluent suburb. Prairie Village is bordered to the west by Overland Park, to the south by Leawood, to the east by Kansas City Missouri and to the north by Mission Hills and Fairway. Despite the mostly suburban nature of the city, they have 40 officers and their own dispatch center, including specialized units such as drones, SWAT, K-9, traffic, directed patrol and almost all their vehicles are newer than 2020.

Installation:
(If you don't have a mods folder, you'd better create one)
1.Launch OpenIV and start editing mode
2.Throw the documentation from the installation package in:mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
3.Find dlclist.xml according to this path : mods/update/update.rpf/common/data
4.Start the dlclist in edit mode and add < Item >dlcpacks:/ridleypack/ Item > to the very bottom(Remove the space in between)
5.Save and exit, at which point it should be ready to use in the game

This took me several hours and a lot of Eye Strain to create authentic reflective patterns.
 
Update:
I will be releasing an updated chevron pack. The new pack will contain many chevrons for Law Enforcement, Fire, and EMS vehicles. The updated version will contain my recreation of the iconic 3M Reflective texture instead of the Hexagonal texture already present (Looks dumb, let's face it lmao).
A release date is not certain, however I am shooting for Q3 2025.

Imperial County Sheriff’s Office Crown Victoria Pack 1.0 - by dream

An Imperial County Sheriff’s Office Crown Victoria Pack with Code3 MX7000/Excalibur lightbars.

Imperial County is located in southern California and shares a border with Mexico. Salton Sea and Desert Shores are located in this county, which the Rockstar team recreated in GTA under the names Alamo Sea and Sandy Shores, respectively.

After, scroll to the          bottom and locate the last line that starts with ‘<Item>dlcpacks:/….’. Add a new line, then copy and paste this line:        

              <Item>dlcpacks:/dmicsocvpis/</Item>

       4. Replace old file with the new one.

Additional steps for:
DLS Users:
        Copy ‘DLS’ folder from ‘Data Files’ folder and paste them in GTAV/Plugins/
ELS Users:
       Copy .xml files from ‘Data Files’ folder and paste them in GTAV/ELS/pack_default/
Note: ELS files are blank. This means you can’t control light stages, patterns, etc. Only the 3rd stage and siren selection would work.

Replace Install Instructions
Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - x64 - dlcpacks - patchday24ng - dlc.rpf - x64 - levels - gta5 - vehicles.rpf
Add the Vehicle YFT and YTD files that you want in your game from the folders in the "replace" folder.
For the XML files place them in GTAV - ELS - pack_default
Next navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - Update.rpf - common - data - levels - gta5 
Replace the vehicles.meta using the one included
Load up your game and enjoy!

Addon install Instructions

Drag and drop the "LIBERTY PBPD" folder
Next Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - Update.rpf - common - data
Open dlclist.xml and add the following line

And your done. go ahead and load up your game!

INSTALLATION:

Light setups
 
 
Something that has been several years in the making to go along with my other packs. This is a pack based on KHP's Troop A Region, which covers the Kansas City metro area including Johnson County, Wyandotte County, Miami County and Leavenworth County. While the smallest troop geographically, they are the busiest in the state. As KHP retires vehicles at only 49,500 miles, the fleet in this pack is kind of outdated, but I'm waiting on parts for some of their newest vehicles. Needless to say, I worked my ass off on this pack, so please enjoy. Included are 21 vehicle models and 42 liveries. Spotlights can be toggled by pressing H.
 
All vehicles are based on real life between unit numbers, patterns and equipment as close as possible.

ADD THE GRAPPLER TAHOE/MUSTANG-
No. There is a lack of reference/parts at the moment. If I do those, they will go on discord long before here.
 
My lights are dim-
You need to install a light enhancing mod
 
Make it replace instead of DLC-
No. These vehicles require special metas the average person won't know how to add without completely bricking their game. This takes 5 minutes and is the easiest way.
 
Change something for my personal taste-
No. These vehicles are designed to be as realistic as possible and with my taste. If you don't like it, make something yourself.
 
Change it to Los Santos instead of the real life name-
No. I plan on splitting Los Santos into multiple different agencies, and have no intention of having 3 or 4 "Los Santos PDs" in my game.

XYZ is wrong-
I've done countless days of research on these vehicles, and unless you have direct access to these vehicles, I probably know better. If anything is wrong, it is due to a lack of information or GTA limitations, such as parts or ELS limitations.
