  1. ParaDragon started following GTAVLauncher.exe exited unexpectedly and voice dispatch not working

    so i installed smart police radio and everything works except that for some reason the voice dispatch doesn't work. anybody has a similar problem or know an answer?

    I want to try this mod so bad and followed the guide but eveytime i start it up thru the RPH i get the error GTAVLauncher.exe exited unexpectedly but the game does boot up normally. If i launch the game first and then RPH i get the error that GTA V is allready running. any idea how to fix this?
