I am assuming that before any of this you did downgrade your game version through RagePluginHook right? My directions were based off of the assumption that you had already, since OP did.

Here is what worked for me, and make sure to do it in this precise order. Step 1: Delete Rockstar Launcher entirely. Step 2: GTA5 7002.1 Error Fixed! How To Make Your GTA5/LSPDFR Work! - YouTube Step 3: Verify Game Files Step 4: Launch game normally through Steam (Should perform first time install to reinstall Rockstar Games Launcher), and let it load up. Step 5: Close out of the game, and launch LSPDFR as usual through RagePluginHook. Should work. Let me know!

I have this installed properly along with ArrestManager by albo, but everytime I press the push to talk, (right alt or dpad up xbox360 controller) my game just freezes and is not recoverable.
