is there a way to change the matrix message on the range rover looked through files and cant find where to edit it

got the stop the ped plugin, want to swap the car the medics come in to the skoda london air ambulance but cant think of how todo it. must be old age

as title game is C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common but log says E:\GTA V\LSPD First Response\LSPD First Response\Engine\BaseComponent.cs:line 31 can i change it to 😄
