And then - an alternative appeared. Private. Very expensive. And very dangerous." (Footage: fighters in multicam with black body armor, balaclavas and red armbands with the Greek letter "Sigma". Emotionlessly enter the building, machine gun fire is heard.) SARA MILLER: "They call themselves "SPARTA". A private military company, allegedly coming under contract. But neither the governor nor the mayor could confirm who exactly signed the agreement. Who is behind their arrival? Who is paying for them? (Interview with a local resident.
