    I just installed LCPDFR and it didn't work at all.. So I ran the diagnostics tool and everything was okay except the logs.. I don't understand what could possibly be the issue.. I only noticed the .NET Framework that says unknown version.. other than that I can't find anything.. Someone please help.. Diagnostics_15.2.2018_21_41_40.log
