go to the main gta directory and find ELS.ini when you scroll down you will see the names of the vehicles and the settings for them

I recently installed EFLC and els v5 when i turn on the lights they a re really dim and i can hardly see them i went to the visualsettings.dat and i found the car.defaultlight.emissive.on line and changed it to 80.00 i launched the game and the lights were still messed up i use the same cars in the normal gta 4 and the lights are really bright and the visualssttings and the same as in EFLC the lights look like the lights in this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2SM-9tzQ4TY I am not using any enb please help i dont know what to do thanks in advance :biggrin:

i tried using the CVPI slicktop police cruiser by NickieB and it crashed my game i use simple natives trainer and when i spawn one it says gta 4 fatal error not enough video memory or something like that everything ran smooth before i got that car

anyone have a nice unmarked charger and/or cvpi? :biggrin:
