    i have looked at at least 10 forums, watched 20 videos and NOONE explaines how to fix it.

    no mods. literally JUST installed the game, social club and windows live. clicked the desktop icon to pla and it comes up "fatal error WS10" and takes me right to my desktop

    i just bought the pc version of gta IV and was wondering if there is a mod to unlock all the islands without going through the story line. reason i ask is i bought the PC version to play ONLY the lcpdfr mod and did not know if the mod automatically unlocked all the islands or if i had to do it through the story. again take pitty as i am just a common noob lol
