For anyone wondering, just use trainer to spawn yourself as Hwaycop in the 62nd row of trainer peds to use this. This is just the ped, not the EUP skin.- 8 comments

Heres a slicktop version that works, for those who find the flicker a bit too much. Has all lighting files included. -
You may be better off with that, the 2015 from Underwood (this model) was never as popular or widespread as the Peralta 18 models that look almost exactly the same. My only issue with this model to begin with is the flickering headlights, I couldn't find a variation of this model with a different lighting setup to get rid of it.

Russell County Dodge Charger is a different model, its only slightly different but enlarges the plate on the back and the emblems for the passenger side are lower than drivers by a good margin. Great skin otherwise, trying to find some models to fit it in the meantime.

reread my previous comment and try that out. Nothing in here is dependent enough to crash a game, only crash plugins that hang.

@C.bob Do me a favor, if you wish, and see if this helps your issue. Rage has a timer built in that automatically ends plugins that hang for a specific amount of time. It is entirely possible you're actually going over this limit and the result is a "crash" when in reality Rage ended it to keep the game from hanging. I don't have Rage currently installed, as I mainly keep up with these for friends who love this communities work, but I know there should be a timeout you can change in Rage that should be somewhere from 15000 to 20000. One of the devs recommends setting it to 60000 then retry with this or any plugin you may have issues with, I use 40000. It's entirely possible that one extra plugin was enough to push it just past the limit.

The ELS file only controls the reflections and the wig wag pattern, the lights themselves are just PNG or DDS images in the YTD and must be edited thru OpenIV.- 13 comments

I'm in no way an expert, but when it did this to me it was because I had just updated my GTAV and needed to update the RPF files in Open IV. Click any folder with edit mode on and it should pop up a box in OpenIV if that is the case. Do give them a bit more to work with if you want a better answer. They need to know what led up to it crashing, or if you've ever successfully ran it since the last patch.

Quick note: This is for a friend, I don't have the pc on hand but it's a short phone call and TV session away Recently I installed all the latest albo1125 plugins and a few select callouts to a buddies GTAV installation. Everything was fine, we tested the plugins and everything was working and good to go minus needing to reboot once. He calls me next morning trying to explain that GTAV is crashing, he's not very versed in computers so I don't get specifics until later that day. Apparently RPH goes through the whole fiasco of launching through steam, only to crash as social club pops up. For a few seconds I thought I'd just need to reinstall RPH, then GTAV loaded in the background as if I booted it directly from steam. Long story short: Whenever I start RPH it immediately crashes at social club but the game is still launched by steam with social club active. I can play the game without RPH just fine. What I've done so far: I've unblocked everything (to my knowledge) in the GTAV folder made sure the entire folder isn't set to Read only removed the entire mods folder reinstalled GTAV and tried RPH on a vanilla install reinstalled ASI loader and such with OpenIV updated all Nvidia drivers Replaced RPH, Scripthookv, and native trainer with fresh copies. Tried running RPH both with and without administrator Changing the compatibility modes for RPH (but not GTA or it's launcher) I have looked for close to a week now for a solution, but even the answers I found were of no help/outdated. Any help would be appreciated.
