Uninstall Script Hook V, is outdated. Open OpenIV and use the ASI Manager to update the OpenIV.asi and the ASI Manager. When you update them, close the ASI Manager and open it again, if it keeps saying "Update". Update them again and then click on uninstall because you have the same issue like other people and we have to wait for a PatchFix.

For me, what worked was re-installing al the game, install the LSPD:FR 0.4.5, and then replace the RPH that comes with it with the RPH 1.74 version. Do you have OpenIV? Or Script Hook V?

I had an related issue that the game loaded, i could pause and open the console, but still in the screen of RPH loading things. Is this your problem?

You have to delete Script Hook V, yes. Also, if you have OpenIV.asi and ASI Loader, you have to update them from the program.

The link doesn't work (at least for me). They said there were some extra issues left to fix, but it's strange that you can't even go to a call. You sure you have LSPD:FR 0.4.5 and RPH 1.74, right? Nothing else?

ScriptHook V isn't updated yet, it will prevent your game from working. OpenIV has an issue that doesn't allow some users to get the updated versions of the ASI Loader and OpenIV; to check if you have this. Open the program, go to ASI Manager in Tools, and then hit Install or Update. Close the ASI Manager and then open it again, if it still asking you to update, you have to wait like other ones to OpenIV release a patch fix. This things will prevent your game for even start loading so, you have to delete them.

I'm talking only about Grand Theft Auto V. If you have the ASI Loader from OpenIV, and the OpenIV.asi; yeah, it's probably if there isn't anything wrong beside those files.

I'm not sure if you can do this, BUT have you tried to link the game with Steam? Never saw someone who was playing GTA V without Steam.

If u are using OpenIV, there's the problem. Some people (most of the users) can't update the files with the ASI Manager (it says update, and then whe you do it, you close it and if you open it again, it says update again) and you can't update by urself OpenIV.asi (you can ASI loader tho) so you have to wait for a patchfix.

I saw them too, i just don't understand how some people have this issue and how some not. Recently i was on RPH Discord and asked for it, i met a guy who doesn't have the issue and asked him to share the file OpenIV.asi to me, but some moderator said is against TOD so... (i don't understand what does his means, anyways, i can't overpass him). This just make me anger than before 'cause now i know there is an updated file, but no one wants to/can share it.

I has this issue like other people where when you open OpenIV ASI Manager (it doesn't care if it is running as administrator or not) or when you hit the Edit mode button and click the notification that ask you to install ASI manager, you install them from there but then, when you close the ASI Manager and you open it again, it keeps outdated. I downloaded ASI Manager by myself and updated it, but now i can't update OpenIV.asi cause there isn't a mod page who has it. My problem is, is there someone who can export this file for me and the rest of people who has this issue? 'Cause i'm not the only one with this problem. I think it's only the OpenIV.asi file. I tried everything: - Set up permissions for the folder. - Create a new rule in Firewall for OpenIV. - Copy and paste it from the AppData folder of OpenIV to main game. - Searched it for download it, found some older versions so didn't worked.

I did what you said before, nothing works. Could you upload the ASI files if that doesn't bother you? If it does or you can't, could you spend the link where you downloaded it? I downloaded it from the main page of OpenIV and didn't worked.

Do you tried re-installing RPH and LSPD:FR?

OpenIV hasn't released an updated version of the ASI files. That's the problem.

With the 1.74 RPH version, it works perfectly.

I had this issue before where i had a GTA V old version with the LSPD:FR, RPH and SHV at the same version. The problem was the new launcher, maybe it is too for u. If you re-installed the game with the new version, and the new version of LSPD:FR, use the latest version of RPH from the page, the one what comes with LSPD:FR 0.4.5 doesn't work for me.

I'm having the same issue, but i think it is related to this. I'm right now trying to use the 1.74 RPH version to see if it works to me, if it does it will have to be that but we still have to wait for LSPD:FR update (and, for plugins, SHV).

Today i was busy trying to play, i uninstalled everything and re-installed the 0.4.5 LSPD:FR and played it without plugins. Everytime i play, I load on the character and try to do one or two calls, and the game crashes with no reason. I have the RPH version that comes with the 0.4.5 LSPD:FR installer. I have the crash report but it is an RCR file, so i cant upload it on the post. I only had LSPD:FR and Cop Holster plugins, and i know that LSPD:FR may have some issues until a new patch is released, but i want to know, is there a fix or i just have to wait? EDIT: I found a "Mini Crash Report" folder with 1 archive, if someone needs it to know what's happening, i can upload it too. Here is the link for the RCR archive:

I barely reach the requirements for the game and i can play the game with mods very well. If you want a list of the mods i use tell me, but you shouldn't have any problems instead you are trying to run the mods with a Shader (i don't know if you can use shaders in GTA V), there you surely will have problems. So yes, you should be able to play without any problems if you can reach the GTA V requirements.

I think there's a lot of people like me who's having this issue. The problem: When i start the game with Rage Plugin Hook.exe, it starts loading until it shows the "Launching game via Steam" text. Right after that, the new Launcher of Rockstar Games starts and it starts the game by itself, without allowing RPH to hook the game. Is there any solution? Or is this so new that we can't do anything yet? Sorry for my bad english, but i'm not english. If someone needs i can record a video of what i'm talking about. UPDATE: I used the solution i saw in other post. Start the game in History Mode first and then start RPH when the police and stars scene appears. It worked, but now, i have a problem with the EUP plugin. It doesn't gets detected by RPH. It allows me to load CopHolster, LSPD:FR but no EUP. UPDATE2: I solved the problem. For some reason the EUP Menu plugin wasn't inside my GTA V folder, i remember i drag it there but i don't know, anyways, now it works.
