    I've Installed the files in OpenIV>Update>Update.RPF>Common>Data I've adjusted the Car.default.day.emissive.on to 6000.00 and Car.default.night.emissive.on to 2500.00 defaultsearchlight.red, defaultsearchlight.green, defaultsearchligh.blue to 1.000 I've Reinstalled GTA V, FiveM, and Radiance V multiple times. My Shader quality is set to very high. However it seems to have fixed the headlights and taillights on the cars as well as most the lights on buildings but its not working on the emergency Lights unless its a vanilla vehicle. it worked a couple months ago but suddenly stopped working and im just now getting around to troubleshooting it
