It’s in the description under “installation”. That's correct. That would be possible if the rambar lights were their own extras (not attached to other extras). Since the lights on the rambar are not their own extra, making the rambar togglable will leave the rambar lights floating. I will take a look at the headlights. Not sure why that would happen.

You have to use the livery that is transparent. Then use a trainer to change the color. You shouldn't have to adjust the carvariations. These vehicles are replace only at the moment. Issues may arise if you try to add them as an addon without the proper files.

All ELS XML's appear to be correct in the download.

Most likely not. The Traffic Enforcement Charger in my BCSO pack is close enough to it. There would be no point in revamping the older model. If that makes sense.

With els, toggleable rambars is not possible if they have lights in/on them.
