    hey @BlackADITUM, I tried what you said and I'm still crashing, although it's slightly after the creation and/or the apartment. I am going to try a Fresh install without any plugins or mods other than LSPDFR and see where I can get from there. I will be sure to post an update ASAP. Thank you for your help.
