    DLS utilizes non-ELS so yes if used without DLS it will work the same as a base game police car. Any DLS car is a non-els car at it's core (tho without any SP or FiveM light controller it will not have a siren unless the audio fx in the meta is set to a police model name).

    Been busy thank you for reminding me but I'm not sure when I'll get to it. This vehicle is based on a New York department. In New York law enforcement vehicles are not allowed to display blue lights to the front.

    Unfortunately there is no way to know what causes this for some people and not others as the pack works for me any many others to this day. Some of the things I've seen fix common install issues. 1. Accidently placing DLS files into ELS and vice versa. 2. Keeping in mind this pack is DLS not DLS 2.0 3. Gameconfig was required as pack was pushing into game limits when combined with other mods. 4. Manual install working better.

    I sorry you're having issues with the files in your game, I wish I could tell you how to fix them but with every persons game there are so many factors at play it makes support almost impossible. To delete/uninstall the oiv please navigate to your dlc packs and remove the one added by this pack. Once that is done then navigate to your dlclist xml and open it, edit it, and delete the line/entry for this dlc pack. If this sounds complicated then I'd encourage you to look up an add-on install tutorial and just reverse the process as I described. Hope this helps and gets your game back running if you haven't already.

    2025 FPIU Greece, NY Based TEU This release features a 2025 FPIU that is based off a Greece, NY Traffic Enforcement Unit. While the Greece Police Department does not seem to currently be sporting any 2025 FPIUs I took their 2020 design and transfered it over to a 2025. So while this year of FPIU may not exist yet the lighting is very accurate to the departments 2020 TEU vehicles.     OSHP Themed Mini Pack This release features a 18 charger and 18 Tahoe in the style of Ohio State Highway patrol. While most things are accurate please keep in mind that the goal was not a 1 to 1 creation so you may see some things are not exactly as OSHP. Some things have been changed due to lack of references, parts availabe, and creative liberty. All in all I still think this pack captures the OSHP vibe without being 1 to 1.     Cayo Perico Policia 23 Ranger This features a 2023 Ford Ranger sporting a Liberty Lightbar in Blue and Green Lighting. I made this to mess around with on Cayo Perico for a stream and figured others may want to try it out as well. While this vehicle isn't quite my normal standards I had fun building it even tho it doesn't have much in the way of extras or interior equipment. The lighting and livery is somewhat inspired by Puerto Rico Police departments. I hope you enjoy your new vehicle to patrol Cayo Perico!     Small Town Traffic CVPI This release features a CVPI built around the theme of a small town traffic unit. This was made to just mess around with but many people have asked me to make it public so here it is. I themed the build around being a cheaper small town build with older styles of equipment inside and out. Like I said this was made to mess around so I made most of the parts and options as extras so it has a lot to play with but this also mean this will not work well with backup and is intended for Player use only.     This was caused by a gta update after my post. If you go into the Carvariations and Carcols and change the number lights ID numbers (must match) it should fix it. You can also just set the lights ID for the FPIU to 2 in the carvariations as a quick fix.

    Was going to say the same thing, I'm from the area and the US is highlighted to show unity with the Columbus community. Ohio's abbreviation is OH which there is no O and H even on their cars together to do that with lol don't know where that idea came from

He literally said he used my SLRP video as a reference which is why SO is on the Roof. 🙃 I just let him know that's not on the real cars so he could change it to be more accurate if he wished.
