How often you will receive a callout is depends on the value in Callouts.Multiplier. The default value is 250.
 
Go to your lspdfr folder, open lspdfr.ini, find "Callouts.Multiplier" Decrease the number to decrease the chance of callouts coming in, such as 150 or 100; increase the number to increase the chance of callouts coming in,such as 350 or 450. 

Go to your notifications settings and make sure everything is turned on

Does anyone have any ideas on good vehicles that have contact ram bars? Kind of getting tired of non-contact ram bars.

Can we take a peak at your RagePluginHook.txt?
 
It's usually one of three things, change one of them to false at a time and you'll find your culprit, I usually disable the Vehicle images since it's the biggest file, and it's nice to have the Ped pictures so you know who you're citing in a car full.
 
1.) DisplayPedImage=true change to false
2.) DisplayVehicleImage=true change to false
3.) RandomHistoryRecords=true change to false

Yup, all those settings are in the ini file that I've copied and pasted.

I'm pretty sure it's integrated with LSPDFR+ Court System, do you have LSPDFR+?

Do you have your LSPDFR+ ini available to look at?
