    Friend of mine helped my install LSPDFR today and when I am trying to start everything RPH is saying gtavlauncher.exe failed to start, game is open and I have to tab out to see it saying this. I have looked at a bunch of other threads and the main reply I have seen on them is windows 10 stuff (I have windows 7) and run as admin which did not work. I verified my game integrity. Any ideas.?
