I've decided it's time to build something a little different besides the normal fire vehicles and such that we see everyday things that we see so i decided to go more of a fallout style vehicle this time. This model has functioning rotators that shine on both sides and follow the rotator head evenly as well along with a 4k template as usual. Happy modding all.

Hello everyone! Wow, finally updating the description on this pack is hard to do, because mostly I don't know what to put anymore. I want to start with by saying thank you for over 50k downloads, this pack has come a very long way from the start, and even further away from the very first release for FHP, which I would have to agree myself, it was wildly inaccurate, but this new pack is the most accurate it's ever been, which help from my friend echooo who is a Florida native, and who helped push me to get these things as close to the real life counterparts as possible. And now I am finally releasing LORE skins for this pack, which is a first ever for me. My time working on this pack, has also helped me new friends in the dev community, such as Skys, and Jank who I have both worked with to make FHP not only better and more compatible with his pack, but to also release new things, I probably wouldn't have ever made.
 
Guys! It's finally done! after 3 years of work, I am finally pushing out the final release to FHP, the full release. While I say final release, it the final release for any major changes, every update after this will just be visual updates, and fixes to things that might still be broken, the pack was tested heavily before release, so every car should be good to go. Everything after this update will just introduce fixes to lighting, livery updates for both real & lore ( if I remember to do lore liveries ), and so on. I am so happy to finally have this done. I've been working on it for over 3 years, and have put close to around $400 into the pack to make it the best I can. 
I want to think everyone who has worked with me on the pack, to improve it and make it better. I also want to think everyone who tested it, and helped report major issues so they could be fixed, and I also want to thank my good friend @Echooo who not only put his own money into this project, but spent a lot of his own time, helping with the lighting, getting as close to real life as possible, thank you man!
I have big plans for the future of car development, including canceling old projects that I was going to work on, and only focusing on fresh new stuff, things I have never worked on before, I hope to see everyone on my next release! < Also is you want to learn more about this, you can join my discord, and I have it listed in there!

I recommend everyone download this mod, it goes great with the pack, and @Pavy was nice enough to take his time and make this, it sure does go a long way and makes this pack even better that now you can see what your driving before you even spawn it! 
Do be warned though, some images may not reflect changes made to cars since this pack is still currently in the beta stages.

2000's New York New Jersey Based Emergency pack – a global DLC for GTA V witch aim to replicate as much as possible the emergency fleet of vehicles from New York and New Jersey as their gta lore variant, Liberty City and Alderney State, strongly based from 2000's period. Mod was developed in a DLC format with a pretty easy installation. This pack features lots of legendary cars like Chevrolet Impala, Chevrolet Caprice, Chevrolet Suburban and Ford Crown Victoria.
A lot of research have been made to do somethings authentics and accurate as possible,
according to footage and picture of that time.
You can get them by spawning via a trainer or just getting a wanted level.

List now looking short but it was epic long-term work, a lot of research have been made to do somethings authentics and accurate as possible, many items was redone twicely and even more times, 80's and 70's packs are not released, but i just changed tactic. Now i got platform for 1990's packs, based on best models which gta community can suggest. In 2021 i plan to release more 90's packs based on different cities and locations, because it's optimal if we think about optimising of development time. After releasing some themed packs i will return to work on 80's pack, and do same. And in the end i will do 70's packs. It's long term process, but it allows to do releases every season, instead of waiting lot of time before whole work will be ended.

You can get them by spawning via a trainer or just getting a wanted level.

Acadia, home to some of the tallest skyscrapers West of Liberty City, the best Deep Dish Pizza outside of Carcer City, America's most brutal winters, and last but definitely not least, the worst crime rate East of Los Santos. The APD in the 90s definitely had their hands full all over the city. Whether it was some poor mope getting popped on the South Side or a suspicious individual in a jalopy underneath the L-Train in Downtown, the ladies and gents in the checkered hats never took any chances.

Retro Emergency Vehicles Pack: The Windy City Addon - a global DLC for GTA V which replace most of emergency services and taxis on analagoues based on ones from Acadia City (Lore-Friendly name of Chicago), from the 90's. Mod was developed in a DLC format with a pretty easy installation. This pack features lots of legendary cars like Ford LTD Crown Victoria, Chevrolet Caprice, Chevrolet Suburban and Ford Crown Victoria. You can get them by spawning via a trainer or just getting a wanted level.

Acadia, home to some of the tallest skyscrapers West of Liberty City, the best Deep Dish Pizza outside of Carcer City, America's most brutal winters, and last but definitely not least, the worst crime rate East of Los Santos. The APD in the 90s definitely had their hands full all over the city. Whether it was some poor mope getting popped on the South Side or a suspicious individual in a jalopy underneath the L-Train in Downtown, the ladies and gents in the checkered hats never took any chances.

Pack includes:
1. DLC archive with vehicles and peds
2. Set of Lincoln (Lore-Friendly name of Illinois state) license plates
3. Optional dispatch.meta sets, for different time eras (1990-1992, 1993-1997, 1998-2000).

gameconfig.xml is NOT presented in the pack anymore, because it's reason of fast outdating of the mod, so users have to search and install it by yourself. For now, i recommend to use F7YO's gameconfig. Mod was developed in a DLC format with a pretty easy installation. This pack features lots of legendary cars like Ford LTD Crown Victoria, Chevrolet Caprice, Chevrolet Suburban and Ford Crown Victoria. You can get them by spawning via a trainer or just getting a wanted level.

Pack includes only DLC with vehicles and could be used with any early released mod. For example B&B Emergency Lights for the Windy City Pack, R&R will fit for East Coast Addon, and R&B&O is good with vanilla-based Los Santos and countryside map.
