Oh my god, thanks for letting me know! I just fixed it and updated the file, so if you choose to redownload it you should see class C under jbib_diff_004_a_uni. Thank you once again.

There isn't a link. It's the default vest from EUP 9.3. Once you download EUP 9.3, you automatically get it. Same with the bodycamera. -

Very unique mod. Love it. Down to the 117 callouts, the many different scenarios, down to the probability of who's dangerous and who's not. I can definitely tell that a lot of work went into this. Great job!

I created a ReadMe file with all the outfit locations. Vest included however the vest comes with EUP 9.3, so you need that to get the vest.

The mask comes with the default EUP version 9.3.
