    Fixed my problem. Don't know how, but it was something I had turned off in the settings.

    I'm also having a problem where I would have ALPR active, get a hit on a vehicle, and nothing appears. Mods that I do have installed are LSPDFR+, Police Search, Arrest Manager, Assorted Callouts, BetterEMS, ComputerPlus, and Traffic Policer.
